Sustain is a branding/identity concept for a environmentally sustainable skateboard company. Boards will be made of bamboo and branding aesthetics that match the ecologically conscious ideals of the target audience. Photos of wildlife and landscapes are featured in the boards and gear, as well as other social causes that have appeal to progressive audiences. Skateboarding has recently started to become more inclusive of marginalized communities and the advertising for Sustain will recognize womxn and queer skateboarders. The company will offer a skateboard recycling program to turn old skateboards into recycled building material for skateparks/community centres.
